Whew! Four months went by fast! That's about how long it's been since we started our beta and previewed our PandaDoc document processing app. Thanks in a large part to the ample feedback you've given us, now we are ready to show PandaDoc off to the entire world!
What's changed? Well, besidesa totally revamped website, we now have seven integration partners: Nimble CRM, Harvest invoicing and project management, Quote Roller business proposals, Dropbox and Google Drive file sharing, Gmail, and Google Docs, with more coming soon!
And, in an effort to make your business run more quickly and smoothly, we've started to build an impressive library of business document templates. How do they work? Well, you can start by saving and reusing the business documents that you use every day, building your own template library. Or you can kickstart tedious document creation into overdrive with our rapidly growingbusiness document template library. Each template is written by a lawyer, accountant or small business owner, who uses these documents to steadily grow his or her business. We have about 50 industry-standard business document templates to start, but will be adding dozens each week so keep checking back!
How to Create Your Own Template
Go into the PandaDoc app, click Templates > Create a New Template.
Then, upload a document from your computer or from your Dropbox or Google Drive.
Drag and drop the different Widgets that you regularly use. Don't worry about assigning Roles or Actors now, you can add them as you use the templates. Your Business Document Templates will save automatically, for you to reuse and edit as your business needs.
