BUSINESS & TECHNICAL CHALLENGE
As Privy’s customer base grew nationwide, the company turned to Google Apps for a collaborative, feature-rich, multiple-access platform. This change consolidated communications and boosted productivity almost immediately.
Still, there was one piece of customer communications they couldn’t pin down: Contracts. When Privy sent contracts to potential customers as clunky email attachments, team members couldn’t track the sale after they hit send. Once a contract was in the hands of the client, activity around it was invisible to the Privy team, so opportunities were delayed and sometimes lost.
