Overall, PandaDoc provides a level of functionality much greater than Quote Roller, around which you can configure your entire business. The insight it gives you about prospect behavior is invaluable and worth the price of admission itself. You can see when a client opens the proposal, forwards it, downloads a PDF, or clicks on links. You can glean an understanding of where your proposal is strong and where it is not -- all critical information if you are in sales in any capacity -- by seeing exactly how much time your reader spends on each section.

Last but not least, the staff at PandaDoc creates a great product with a great API and offers a ton of exceptional integrations.
